本想回應"地台"英文討論區的留言, 才發現戶口已被刪. 原來在地台討論區的言論自由真的很窄, 周秀娜是不可以出街的. 戶口被砍, 唯有在這裏(真正的地下氣象台)回應.


首先我當然想為自己平反. 先回應中文討論區方台長的言論.

天文台台長一片好心叫人打風時不要出海, 實難看出有何弦外之音, 我不知道除了一批沒有分析能力的死硬派追隨者外, 有誰會同意方台長的言論, 而這種狗屁不通的言論又是否比提起周秀娜更影響地台的形象? 還是你內心裏就是想: 我抽你天文台水咪抽你水囉, 擺明食硬你, 我係你的統戰對象, 你天文台台長做我契弟就差唔多?

so, in the atmospheric science, i would say the mainland is rather open-minded. i don't think (amend me if i am wrong) any of the government organization in any other countries would mention official forecasts from other agencies. I don't think this is a special example. last time when we had the no. 9 (i can't remember the name and don't bother to check, sorry! :P), the forecaster from Shenzhen bureau did say in front of TV that agencies from around the world all agreed that it will make a direct hit.
